WARRANTY - All SiasTuning merchandise has a limited warranty for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to the original purchaser.  All SiasTuning merchandise is warranted to be free from any defects in materials and workmanship.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect all merchandise carefully before use.  Any returns must be made before the product has been used.  Credit, repair or replacement of goods is predicated upon SiasTuning's inspection of the merchandise in question.

PAYMENT POLICY - We accept cash, money orders, certified checks, cashiers checks, company checks and major credit cards as deposits or full payment.

DISCLAIMER -  Many our parts are not legal in the state of California on pollution controlled motor vehicles. The federal government and certain states have various laws that may prohibit the removal and/or modification of any part of the emissions systems on street driven vehicles.

All parts sold by SiasTuning, except for street legal/DOT approved parts, are racing parts for OFF ROAD USE ONLY. SiasTuning shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor. SiasTuning shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part. SiasTuning will not cover any loss in profit or labor due to errors in shipping, mispackaging, and/or extended delays for backorder items. SiasTuning shall not be held accountable for any misconception or disappointment associated with any product.
